1.1 Seller
The PaD-HiT Application is sold through authorized third-party platforms acting as Merchant of Record, including Payhip.
These platforms are the legal sellers of the digital product and are solely responsible for payment processing, invoicing, tax calculation, and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

CAF-holding is not the seller of record and does not directly process payments.
CAF-holding acts solely as the creator and publisher of the Application and does not act as a reseller, distributor, or payment intermediary.
2. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply worldwide to all purchases of the PaD-HiT digital application made through authorized third-party platforms acting as Merchant of Record.
3. Digital Product
PaD-HiT is a digital application delivered electronically. The product consists of a downloadable Android application licensed for personal or professional use under the Terms of Service.
4. Price & Payment
Prices are displayed in euros (€) unless stated otherwise. Payment is due immediately at purchase. Payments are processed via Payhip, acting as the merchant of record, using secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe or equivalent services.
Any applicable taxes, including VAT, sales tax, or equivalent duties, are determined, collected, and remitted exclusively by the Merchant of Record. CAF-holding does not collect VAT and does not issue tax invoices to end users.
5. Delivery
The Application is made available for download immediately after payment confirmation.
6. Right of Withdrawal / Refunds
The Application constitutes digital content delivered immediately upon purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no right of withdrawal applies once access to the digital content has begun.
For Users located in the European Union, this is in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
For Users outside the European Union, refunds are not provided once delivery has begun, except where required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.
All refund requests must be submitted through the platform where the purchase was made.
7. Refund Exceptions
- Duplicate or accidental purchase;
- Critical technical defect preventing use;
- Legal obligation under applicable law.
8. Liability
The Application is provided as a technical tool. PaD-HiT shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or interruption of performances.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of the User’s country of residence.
