PaD-HiT is designed with data minimization in mind. No user account is required.

2.1 Technical Data

2.2 Transaction Data

All purchases of the PaD-HiT Application are processed by third-party platforms acting as Merchant of Record, such as Payhip.

PaD-HiT does not directly collect, store, or process payment data, billing information, or tax-related information.

Transaction-related data (such as payment confirmation, invoice reference, or customer email address) is processed solely by the Merchant of Record for contractual, accounting, and legal purposes.

Payment card data is processed securely by Payhip and its payment providers (such as Stripe) and is never accessible to PaD-HiT.

2.3 User Communications

If You contact Us voluntarily, We process only the information You provide for customer support or legal correspondence.

3. Audio Content

All audio files imported into the Application remain stored locally on Your device. PaD-HiT does not access, upload, analyze, or transmit User audio content.

The Application uses no cookies or tracking technologies.

The website uses only strictly necessary technical cookies for security and functionality. No advertising, profiling, or analytics cookies are used.

No Application data or audio content is transferred outside the User’s device.
